Before starting the complaint please provide full name of practitioner to confirm the status of membership.
OOAMA not providing any information to the public that may allow to collect the evidence against association or members of association.
Please forward a letter or e-mail outlining the nature of your concern, applicable date(s), name of the practitioner/insurance company, and any other information you feel is relevant to understanding and resolving your complaint.
